I Am Looking to Rent a Home in San Diego. Is There People Who Help You Rent? or Only to Buy?

I am looking for a house to rent in San Diego. Nothing to expensive or too big, but a 2 bedroom house (not apartment)
and under 1300 a month. However it is hard to find them in the paper or on the internet, its usually 3 bedrooms or bigger.
